Role & responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of talent acquisition strategies., manpower forecast and budget preparation
• Organizational reviews for efficiency and manpower planning and updation of organogram.
• Preparation of comprehensive job descriptions and person specifications.
• Build a pool of potential candidates for critical roles.
• Employer brand building through digital and social media engagement.
• Engagement with passive candidates to create a robust supply line of potential candidates
• Development of an internal talent repository and execution of Internal Job Postings (IJP) with due process.
• Planning and execution of full recruitment cycle
• Implement and adhere to SOPs for a positive candidate journey to create a candidate experience
• Develop a structured onboarding program tailored to accelerate the acclimatization and productivity of new employees.
• Utilize HR analytics to gain insights into the hiring process and inform for management decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Education - MBA/PGDM HR/IR (Full - time)

Experience - Minimum 10 yrs in Manufacturing
