Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within BFSI domain, including bulk hiring and volume hiring.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet business objectives.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for new hires.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (B2C/BPO/Team Leading).
  
• Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns (bulk hiring/volume hiring) with multiple stakeholders involved.
