Lead Talent Acquisition (Corporate Hiring)

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely closures, maintaining hiring quality, improving sourcing strategies, and driving team performance in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team responsible for corporate and lateral hiring.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions across multiple functions.
• Manage hiring across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, IT, analytics, and other corporate functions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, consultants, job portals, and internal databases.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, offer dropouts, source effectiveness, and onboarding numbers.
• Drive the team to achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures against agreed timelines.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and daily or weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities with the relevant teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process improvements to improve hiring efficiency.
• Mentor recruiters, review individual performance, and ensure accountability for recruitment deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with relevant experience in corporate hiring.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team of recruiters.
• Strong expertise in lateral hiring, mid-to-senior-level recruitment, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, MIS, dashboards, and hiring performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
