- Translate corporate sustainability goals and regulatory obligations into product-level requirements, design inputs, documentation expectations, andu00A0implementationu00A0roadmaps.u00A0
- Manageu00A0internalu00A0sustainability tools and workflows,u00A0including,u00A0Windchill, SAP, BOMcheck, and PLM-related data processes.u00A0
- Lead SAP document approval for sustainability deliverables and ensure documentation is complete, traceable, audit-ready, and ready for release.u00A0u00A0
- Lead tender request supportu00A0and work with marketsu00A0by providing substance compliance, packaging, recyclability, sustainability, and product environmental inputs.u00A0
- Responsible for coordinatingu00A0CSRD reporting byu00A0collectingu00A0u00A0requiredu00A0product sustainability datau00A0withu00A0evidenceu00A0inputsu00A0from product stakeholders to ensureu00A0KPIs areu00A0achieved.u00A0
- Performu00A0earlyu00A0impactu00A0assessment of emerging sustainability regulations, define risk mitigation plans, and guide implementation teams onu00A0supply chainu00A0alternative,u00A0as part ofu00A0business continuity.u00A0
- Provideu00A0technical guidance onu00A0sustainabilityu00A0compliance risks, evidence gaps, supplier escalations, nonconformances, and readiness for implementation reviews.u00A0
Minimum Education:
Bacheloru2019s oru00A0Masteru2019s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability Science, oru00A0a relatedu00A0technical discipline.u00A0
Minimum Experience:
Typically requires 10+ years of experience in product sustainability, product environmental compliance, systems engineering, product stewardship, regulated product development, or a related technical field.u00A0
Experience in medicalu00A0device, electronics, industrial, automotive, oru00A0anotheru00A0highly regulated industry is preferred.u00A0
