Lead Sustainability Services

Role & responsibilities

Business Leadership & P&L Ownership

• Own and deliver the P&L for the Sustainability Services business across all service lines.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan, targeting high-growth markets and

emerging sustainability regulations.

• Define annual budgets, revenue targets, pricing strategies, and cost optimization plans.
• Monitor financial KPIs, ensure healthy margins, and drive sustainable profitability.

2. Market Development & Business Growth

• Identify, assess, and prioritize market opportunities in sustainability consulting and assurance.
• Lead business development, collaboration with Sales, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry bodies, regulatory agencies, and sustainability

networks.

• Represent the company in conferences, client forums, and external stakeholder

engagements.

3. Client Engagement & Solution Delivery

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of sustainability projects with high quality and timely execution.
• Enhance customer experience through advisory workshops, technical sessions, and solution

design.

• Act as the senior escalation point for key accounts and strategic projects.

4. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of sustainability professionals and technical experts.
• Drive capability development through training, mentoring, and recruitment.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment of standards and best practices.

5. Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all engagements comply with international standards
• Drive internal audits, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 -15 years of experience in sustainability consulting, carbon services, or environmental
• advisory.
• Proven track record in P&L management, business development, and team leadership.
• Deep expertise in LCAs, GHG verification, carbon neutrality, carbon markets, or ESG frameworks.
