Role & responsibilities
Group Business Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing, driving, and managing high-level strategic initiatives for the company's group insurance portfolio, covering group term life, gratuity, and superannuation schemes
- Strategic Planning: Formulate medium- and long-term growth roadmaps for group business segments.
- P&L Co-ownership: Partner with business heads to track financial performance, manage budgeting, and implement risk-mitigation or course-correction levers.
- Market & Data Analytics: Evaluate industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory updates to identify new product or segment opportunities.
- Performance Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze management information systems (MIS) data, and drive periodic reviews with senior leadership
