Lead- Strategy and Planning

Role Scope To drive strategic planning and decision-making across content, programming, and marketing by leveraging data, industry trends, and consumer insights. The Lead – Strategy and Planning will be responsible for formulating long-term and short-term plans that align with business goals, optimizing content calendars, and supporting leadership with actionable recommendations to enhance viewership, brand positioning, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsbilities: Consumer insights & Analytics • Provide insights to Programming, content teams by analysing, synthesizing and generating qualitative and quantitative information relevant to Programming for making marketing, media spending and content decisions • Tracking viewership pattern on regular basis and identifying any changes that are driving the consumer decisions • Support cross functional teams in evaluating feasibility of potential formats including assessing market size, potential and growth of the genre in terms of consumer preferences and share insights with the teams • Post launch efficiency evaluation and launch calendar. • Deep experience in OTT content and ability to utilize techniques to case building for new ideas and pitches. • Interpret, present and visualize the platform analytics provided by ZEE5 team, and collaborate with the platform team for effective launches.

Competitor Analysis • Supervise analysis of external reports and prepare detailed valuation report formulating programming strategies • Keeping track of ratings and performance for various genres and competitor channel programs • Keep up to date with industry changes, case studies and regulatory impacts through internal and external network.

What We’re Looking For Work Exp.: 8 to 18 years of similar experience Education Qualification: MBA from premier institutes.
