Lead - Spot Buy

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Specific Remarks: 15 years regular stream mandatory

• Perform compliance review & checks on Spot Buy PR received.
• Perform overall PR to PO Spot Buy process: quotation request, negotiation (price/T&Cs), supplier selection.
• Support invoice discrepancies management when linked to price.
• Support category cards & buying channels instructions' updates.
• Experience with quick sourcing and supplier selection.
• Strong negotiation skills for price and terms.
• Analytical skills for compliance review and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of contract & T&C management and its legal constraints.
• Knowledge of the Coupa and SAP S4 systems is preferred.

KEY SKILLS: The Spot Buy Specialist manages the end-to-end Spot Buy process, from compliance review of PRs to quotation, negotiation, and supplier selection. This role also supports invoice discrepancy management and contributes to updating category cards and buying channel instructions.
