We're looking for an experienced Lead/Specialist Industrial Engineer to join our organization in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will drive operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic industrial engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to mentor teams, implement lean methodologies, and deliver measurable cost and efficiency improvements across our operations.
- Responsible for Industrialization of new projects Process design, maintenance & change management in process
- Deployment of global lesson learned
- Provide Manufacturing Concept Documents Design, construction, launching of special purpose equipments
- Technical specification of equipment and support supplier selection Continuous increase of productivity (measuring, monitoring, reporting)
- Support for product launch (coordination on plant level)
- Hand Over Project to Production / Focus Factory Technical support over production time Support in head count reduction plan
- Handling Projects for major OEM I(Installation & Comissioning of equipmnets during New Development & supporting projects
- Process optimization and productivity improvements
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- 5+ years of professional experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or specialist role with demonstrated mentoring and team leadership capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with proven track record of successful project implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and statistical methods
- Proficiency in work measurement techniques, time studies, and capacity planning
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Preferred Skills and Experience:*
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD) for facility design and layout optimization
- Background in manufacturing or discrete production environments
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or equivalent)
- Experience in Wiring harness projects for 05 Years Experience
- Industrial Engineering principles and practices
- Operations management and process optimization
- Manufacturing systems and production planning
- Quality management and continuous improvement frameworks
