Your key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end requisition, shopping cart, and purchase order processing while ensuring timely fulfillment of business requirements.


• Collaborate with requisitioners, buyers, and business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and execute procurement activities effectively.


• Create and maintain annual purchase orders, monitor PO confirmations, and follow up on pending supplier responses.


• Resolve non-compliant invoices by coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth payment processing.


• Drive procurement compliance by guiding stakeholders on correct purchasing channels, vendor selection, and policy adherence.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, process optimization, automation, and supplier negotiations to achieve savings.

You bring:

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Shared Services Operations.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, or Shared Service environments.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.


• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems.


• Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence.


• Fluent English communication skills; additional language proficiency (German/French) and exposure to tools such as Celonis, Sievo, or Tableau are advantageous.
