Lead - Sourcing (Sheet metal)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives, ensuring cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes that drive value.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 10-16 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing principles and practices.
• Proven track record of achieving cost savings through effective negotiation skills.
