Lead Sourcing Commercial - Pune

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings, fixed asset acquisition, and capital expenditure management.
• Manage vendor performance through regular monitoring and improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business value.

Job Requirements :

• Qualified CA or ICWA 
• 7-20 years of experience in procurement or a related field (e.g., engineering & construction).
• Strong understanding of capex, capital expenditure, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, cost saving strategies.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions.
