Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Solar Installer to manage the installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise solar installation teams.
* Install solar panels, structures, inverters, cabling and related equipment.
* Read and execute electrical/solar installation drawings.
* Ensure proper wiring, testing, commissioning and system performance.
* Maintain safety and quality standards at the site.
* Coordinate with engineers, vendors and project teams.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in solar installation.
* Good knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical work.
* Ability to lead installation teams independently.
* Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
