Responsibilities

• Lead the build and implementation of high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop a culture of continuous learning
• Identify and ensure accurate bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 7 years
• Education: Bachelor's (Engineering)/Master's in computer science or a related field.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development concepts
• AWS + ReactJS + Typescript + Foundational Java knowledge is a must-have for this position
• Good understanding of React fundamentals: Functional Components, Props, State
• React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useRef, useContext)
• Component composition and data flow
• Forms, validation, and API integration
• React rendering and performance best practices
• Basic to intermediate TypeScript knowledge: Interfaces, Types, Enums
• Generics (basic understanding)
• Typing React components, props, and API responses
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good to Have: Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/CSR, Client & Server Components)
• Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
• Basic understanding of Nx and monorepo concepts
• Experience with React Hook Form and testing frameworks
