Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Manage product requirements and support end-to-end Product Management activities.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from key stakeholders.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Utilize Jira and Confluence for requirement tracking, project documentation, workflow management, and team collaboration.

Identify opportunities for workflow automation and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Conduct stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and alignment across business and technical teams.

Analyze data and business processes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Create and maintain product/process documentation, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.

Collaborate with teams involved in clinical research to understand business processes, requirements, and operational needs.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance product functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
