What You'll Build

- Candidate intelligence & identity systems
- Foundation of the engineering team
Who We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years in core engineering
- Strong Python / Go / Node.js
- Excellent system-design fundamentals
- LLMs, embeddings, semantic search / ML exposure
- Strong product thinking
- Builder first. Manager later.
