Lead Software Engineer

Application Support capabilities across .NET/ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server and associated application components.

Incident management, problem management, operational stability, and support automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and resolve production issues within SLA
• Troubleshoot .NET APIs and Angular UI issues
• Perform RCA and bug fixes / minor enhancements
• Support Azure-hosted applications (App Services, Azure SQL, monitoring)
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Assist in deployments via Azure DevOps
• Maintain documentation and improve support processes

Primary Skill Set

• .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Microsoft Azure
• Angular
• SQL Server

Required Skills

• Experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core debugging
• Knowledge of Angular (issue tracing & API integration)
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (monitoring & support)
• Strong SQL Server skills
• Experience in production/application support
