Lead Software Engineer

Good to Have Skills:
•Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Einstein AI/Agentforce capabilities.
•Hands-on experience with AWS services and integration patterns involving Salesforce and cloud platforms.
•Familiarity with event-driven architectures, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and enterprise integration frameworks.
•Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, SAFe practices, and release management processes.

Roles and Responsibility
1.Possesses 6-10 years of experience in developing and architecting with Salesforce engineering solutions.
2.Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
3.Lead the development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, flows, integrations, and platform automations.
4.Architect solutions adhering to Salesforce procedures, governor limits, and enterprise standards.
5.Design reusable frameworks and components to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
6.Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
7.Provide technical leadership for Salesforce initiatives and projects.
8.Define application architecture, integration patterns, data models, and deployment strategies.
9.Collaborate or apply equivalent experience with Enterprise Architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and roadmap.
10.Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural reviews.
11.Identify opportunities for platform optimization and modernization.
12.Build and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven messaging, data change tracking, Middleware, and External Services.
13.Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate important and relevant information concisely and clearly.
