Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead - Digital Channels Engineering to lead the design, development, modernization and delivery of enterprise digital channels and customer-facing web applications. The role will provide technical leadership across Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and front-end architecture while driving engineering excellence, user experience, scalability and agile delivery.

Integration: Node.js, REST APIs.

Architecture: Front-End Architecture, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization, UI Engineering.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead - Digital Channels Engineering to lead the design, development, modernization and delivery of enterprise digital channels and customer-facing web applications. The role will provide technical leadership across Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript and front-end architecture while driving engineering excellence, user experience, scalability and agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of enterprise web and digital channel applications using Angular and React.
- Define front-end architecture, engineering standards and UI/UX best practices.
- Guide teams in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and REST API integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects and backend engineering teams.
- Drive code reviews, quality assurance, security and performance optimization.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple squads.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps and modern software engineering practices.
- Ensure responsive, accessible and cross-browser compatible applications.
Profile required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading front-end teams and digital product delivery.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale customer-facing applications.
Front End: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TailwindCSS.
Integration: Node.js, REST APIs.
Engineering: Git, Agile, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Responsive Design, Cross-Browser Compatibility.
Architecture: Front-End Architecture, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization, UI Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Figma and design systems.
- Knowledge of .NET Razor templates and CMS platforms such as Kentico.
- Experience with cloud-native web applications.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD and enterprise architecture practices.
