About this role
Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable, high-quality full-stack features hands-on.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-5 engineers, driving Agile discipline and technical excellence.
- Break down complex projects, delegate well, and own on-time delivery.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless integration.
- Drive innovation: spot technical challenges early and solve them with fresh approaches.
- Own SDLC documentation and act as the go-to expert on our applications.
Requirements:
- Have deep hands-on experience in C#, . NET, and React/TypeScript.
- Have led or mentored engineers while still shipping code.
- Have worked with DDD, CQRS, or event sourcing (BFSI/banking/fintech experience is a big plus).
- Communicate clearly across engineering, product, and business teams.
Your stack
- Backend: C#, ASP. NET, MongoDB, Postgres, EventStore.
- Frontend: React, TypeScript.
- Cloud and messaging: AWS (SQS, S3 EKS), NServiceBus.
