Lead - Social Media & Organic Growth -

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-impact Lead - Social Media & Organic Growth to spearhead our digital presence and drive sustainable user acquisition from our Bangalore office.

In this role, you will be the architect of our organic brand narrative, working closely with creative teams, product managers, and external influencers to translate business goals into high-engagement campaigns.

You will own the end-to-end strategy for social media, content, and SEO, ensuring that every piece of content not only resonates with our audience but also contributes directly to our bottom-line growth metrics.

By blending creative storytelling with rigorous data analysis, you will elevate our brand authority and build a loyal community, ultimately serving as a key driver of our company's market positioning and long-term digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies that align with brand objectives to increase organic reach and audience engagement.

- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing programs, from identifying high-value partners to negotiating contracts and measuring campaign ROI to ensure cost-effective brand awareness.

- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives by optimizing web content and site architecture to improve search rankings and drive high-intent organic traffic.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with design and product teams to produce high-quality assets that maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

- Analyze marketing performance data using web analytics tools to derive actionable insights, enabling iterative improvements in campaign effectiveness and growth hacking experiments.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand differentiation and audience expansion.
