Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on Kubernetes platforms.
• Monitor application, infrastructure, and platform health using Grafana and Loki.
• Manage application artifacts and dependencies through Nexus.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Define and monitor application SLIs, SLOs, and service health metrics.
• Proactively identify reliability and performance bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Automate operational and support activities using scripting and DevOps tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot REST APIs and service integrations.
• Work closely with development and platform teams to improve application reliability, release quality, and operational efficiency.

Experience Required

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support, DevOps, or Platform Operations.
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting workloads on Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
• Experience supporting business-critical production applications.
