Lead Service Manager

Roles & Responsibility: -

To handled day to day operation in Field & Repair Centers within agreed SLA/TAT for Battery
To manage daily VOR, dispatches & collection of faulty packs from PAN India to nearest repair center.
To Maintain Spare Stock of good/faulty parts & complete unit.
Preparation & Analysis of MIS reports and monitoring on daily, weekly, monthly performance.
Preparing different types of Summary/Graphs to understand Area of Concerns where proactive correction can be taken.
Providing Technical Support to Field Team & Repair Center Team.
Sharing these reports to reporting manager & Colleagues for review.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents from various projects, activities & departments.
Managing scrap of faulty parts & overseeing recycling of the same.
To involve in invoice generation & collection with help of Filed Engineers for all OOW work done.
To involve & support CRM implementation.
Involve in NPD to learn & Train entire team on new products.
Collect Service Manual from Engineering Team, verify on the method to service and share to Service Team

Key Skills & Kowledges Requirement : -

Knowledge of Li-Ion battery & edrive repair/production.
Hands-on experience in POWER BI, MS EXCEL, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, PIVOT CHART, PARETO, Dashboard, Charts, Forms, Data Validation & Scenarios and various other excel functions & features.
Hands-on experience in Power Point having good knowledge to make informative & impressive presentations.
Client interactions experience.
Mailing Etiquettes
Good in Data Mining and Data analysis, Handling multiple reports, working with formulas.
Good Communication skills
Good inter-personal skill to interact with different department
