Lead/Senior Calibration Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in understanding customer targets for calibration. Together with the customer you will try to find the best parameter set for the given project scope.
• You will be carrying out vehicle drivability calibration and task management activities.
• You will analyze the issue encountered during calibration and discuss with Software team to find out the solution.
• You will translate customers needs in clear and structured way.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Engine/Transmission (AT/DCT/AMT) calibration.
• Have hands on experience on Jira tool/task, project management tool.
• Familiar with following calibration tools
• CANape or INCA
• AVL-DRIVE or RICARDO
• AVL-CRETA or other calibration data management software.
• Key characteristics: Team player, Problem solver/ Analytical mindset, Perseverance/ Goal-oriented.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, Fluent in making reports and status updates.
• Other must have
• Flexible attitude.
• Ability to build a good network within organization from an on-site location.
• Knowledge about Matlab/ Simulink is an asset.
