Role & responsibilities

What are we looking for?

• Facilitating and organizing board and committee meetings to ensure efficient decision-making processes.
• Ensuring adherence to company law and related regulations through diligent compliance practices.
• Demonstrating proficiency in drafting legal documents and agreements with precision and clarity.
• Overseeing compliance requirements for related party transactions to mitigate potential conflicts of interest.
• Ensuring compliance with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations to facilitate international transactions within legal frameworks.

You would be responsible for:

• Ensuring adherence to stock exchange regulations and guidelines to maintain compliance with listing requirements.
• Managing company law obligations and ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date statutory registers as required by company law.
• Drafting comprehensive agenda notes and minutes for board and committee meetings to document decisions and actions accurately.
• Compiling relevant data and information for the preparation of the annual report in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Timely filing of electronic forms with regulatory authorities to fulfill statutory reporting requirements.
• Addressing shareholder inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Reviewing and vetting legal documents for subsidiaries and providing advisory support as needed.
