Senior Business Analyst Lead Department:
Business Applications / IT Reports To: Manager, Business Applications Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst Salesforce to drive business analysis and process improvement initiatives across Salesforce and related business applications. This role partners with stakeholders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance to define business requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and support key business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills and can effectively bridge business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.

- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.

- Collaborate with Salesforce teams, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver business solutions while leading UAT, change management, reporting, analytics, user adoption initiatives, and managing multiple projects aligned with business objectives. Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 2+ years in a lead or mentoring role.

- Experience with requirements gathering process improvement, solution design, and Salesforce related business applications.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to collaborate across business and technology teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.

- Experience with NetSuite, Snap Logic, or other integrated enterprise applications.

- Experience supporting Work Order, Sales Order, and Service Operations processes.

- Experience working in SOX-compliant or regulated environments.
