Lead S2P Operaions Analyst

We are looking for Lead S2P Operations Analyst Role for bangalore location.

Location : Banaglore(Remote)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems and data operations, or process optimization roles, ideally supporting finance or procurement functions
• Proven track record of systems implementation and data migration across enterprise platforms (for example, NetSuite, Coupa, Salesforce, or Zuora)
• 6+ years applying data analysis and visualization principles; proficiency in Power BI
• Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation (RACI, SIPOC, workflow mapping) and workflow automation tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Jira
• Project management experience, including systems implementation and UAT coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and bridge business and technology
• Self-starter who can take on responsibility with little oversight
