Job Description:
- Design, implement, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall performance.
- Establish standardized operating procedures for business reporting, performance monitoring, data management, and cross-functional execution.
- Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators across business and operational functions.
- Establish performance review mechanisms to track progress against organizational objectives.
- Analyze performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive accountability for measurable outcomes.
- Leverage SQL, Python, and analytical tools to generate actionable business insights.
- Develop automated reporting systems and dashboards to monitor performance, productivity, and business health.
