Position description: Region Wise Business Management Competitor information and market intelligence?|RFQ management?|Contribution Improvement and Share of businesses|?Complaint resolution?

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create region wise growth plan for 5 years to increase existing revenue from 2X for responsible business?
• Develop go to market strategy for existing products and technology with existing customers aligned to account or customer strategy?
• Conduct account planning in coordination with global KAMs and account investment activities business case exhibitions  customer value propositions customer visits etc
• Understand customer needs and bundle solutions across business vertical to provide an integrated solution?
• Ensure execution of account strategy and carry out reviews of  the account or customer strategy 
• Manage RFQ generation and conversion for introduction or breakthrough for new products which is not already available in business vertical for key accounts?
• Collate information on competitors presence within the account?
• Generate RFQs for targeted potential D list from the assigned account and ensure conversion of the same?
• Manage RFQs responses and conversion for assigned account within timelines?
• Working closely with the company Sales team monitor timely collections and enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools materials and presentations?
• Carry out negotiation with customers to improve product contributions to increase margins Pricing and profit management?
• Prepare business case for price correction with the customer?
• Manage customer relationships to maintain or increase the existing SOB share of business?
• Manage critical customer complaints and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with other departments Quality Production PPC Engineering etc?
