Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
• Handle end-to-end overseas recruitment for GCC and international projects.
• Allocate job requirements among recruiters.
• Ensure quality screening and shortlisting of candidates.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build sourcing strategies for difficult and niche positions.
• Develop and manage recruiter KPIs.
• Build and strengthen sub-agent networks across India.
• Coordinate client interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
• Resolve recruitment bottlenecks.
• Improve candidate turnaround time.
• Ensure timely closure of recruitment assignments.
• Work closely with Operations and Business Development teams.
