Lead Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. The incumbent will lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, partner with hiring managers, ensure achievement of hiring targets, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment delivery across multiple business functions.
• Drive hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Monitor recruitment SLAs, TAT, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Allocate requisitions and track team performance.
• Conduct market mapping, workforce planning, and talent strategy discussions.
• Review candidate pipelines and ensure adequate sourcing coverage.
• Manage offer negotiations and hiring governance.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
• Coach and mentor recruiters and sourcing specialists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of recruitment experience.
• Team management experience preferred.
• Strong Global stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
