Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for our RPO business. The role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing client requirements, and driving hiring targets across SAP skill areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP recruitment delivery and manage niche hiring requirements.
• Drive team productivity, interview pipelines, and monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements, feedback, and closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports, and ensure delivery timelines.
• Build strong SAP talent pipelines and improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Manage team performance, client relationships, and recruitment quality.

Requirements:

• 58 years of recruitment experience with strong SAP hiring expertise.
• Prior team-handling experience, preferably in an RPO setup.
• Good understanding of SAP skill sets, sourcing strategies, and recruitment metrics.
• Strong communication, client management, and leadership skills.
