Job Title: Lead Recruiter

Experience: 1-4 Years ( IT & Non-Hiring )

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days)

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to join

our growing team in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be

responsible for sourcing,screening, and hiring candidates for various IT and Non-IT

roles across multiple industries. You should have at least 1-4 years of

experience in IT and Non-IT hiring and be proficient in managing the entire

recruitment process and Team Handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for

various ITand Non-IT roles.

• Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job

portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and conduct

preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and

ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to

onboarding.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and keep track of hiring

metrics.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely

communication and feedback.

Requirements:

• 1-4years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with various job portals social media recruitment and

applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
