Lead Recruiter

We are hiring TA-Lead who is passionate and willing to excel in TA functionality.

Job location: Pune

Experience : 8-12years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage, mentor, and drive performance of a team of 2-3 recruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, candidate experience, and recruitment process compliance.
• Handle critical and niche hiring mandates, including offer negotiation and joining management.
• Build talent pipelines and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
