Lead Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization.
• Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in recruitment or account management in an IT services & consulting industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at senior levels.
• Strong understanding of technical skills required for various positions across different functions (e.g., engineering, sales).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
