Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

• Understand job requirements and candidate profiles from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening of candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters regarding candidate status and requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Explain job responsibilities, company details, compensation, location, and other relevant information to candidates.
• Assist with offer negotiation and offer closure.
• Track candidate joining status and ensure smooth onboarding.

Recruitment Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels.
• Coordinate interview dates, timings, meeting links, and venue details.
• Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates.
• Maintain interview calendars and recruitment trackers.
• Collect and maintain candidate documents and recruitment-related information.
• Follow up for interview feedback and update candidate status.
• Coordinate with HR and management for offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/HRMS, Excel, or recruitment databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative activities.
