Responsibilities

• Execute core Record-to-Report activities under corporate guidelines.
• Support the book-close process for assigned entities.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Perform high-volume balance sheet reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Identify and investigate financial variances for corporate reporting.
• Support international internal and external audits by retrieving data.
• Follow established SOPs, internal controls, and corporate compliance policies.
• Collaborate across cross-functional and global teams to resolve queries.

Experience

Requirements and Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Possesses 3+ years of experience in an MNC or shared services operations.
• Demonstrate good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with leading ERP systems is a strong plus.
