Job Summary

QA MI/Reporting, Functional alignment [inwards outwards], Analyze magnitude/impact of errors, Perform RCA

Responsibilities

• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
• Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for within the team
• Responsible for all Reports/MI/Dashboards in the team - accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness.
• Follow the quality assurance engagement model to plan on project needs to reduce impact of the problems/themes
• Training/Mentoring New Hires/Colleagues in team
• Interpret, build upon, and align with company quality assurance standards
• Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing standard methodologies, version control practices and defect management practice
