Lead Python Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for top-tier LeadPython Developers with strong academic backgrounds and deep expertise in Pythonand Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment ofPython-based applications.

• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Review code, identify technical issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Lead troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
• Guide and mentor junior and senior developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Design and optimize database interactions using SQL/NoSQL technologies.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD practices, and secure development processes.
• Participate in technical discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and architecture reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
