Lead- Proposal and Estimation

• Review RFQs, tender documents, customer specifications and commercial requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering material, bought-out items, fabrication, machining, welding, NDT, PWHT, painting, packing, transportation and contingency.
• Develop competitive techno-commercial proposals in coordination with sales and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with procurement for vendor quotations and cost optimization.
• Perform weight estimation, material take-off (MTO) and labor hour estimation.
• Identify technical and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support technical clarification meetings, customer discussions and internal bid review
• Develop and maintain estimation databases, costing norms and standard proposal templates.

Support order handover to execution teams after project award.
