Job Summary

Coordinates multiple sites or zones, validates MIS reporting, supports executive audits/reviews, and tracks operational action items.

Abhipsa Construction is seeking a Lead Project Coordinator at the Head Office to coordinate across multiple sites and zones.

You will be the connective tissue between site teams and executive management, ensuring information flows accurately and action items close on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple sites or zones
• Validate MIS reporting and ensure data accuracy across projects
• Support executive audits, reviews, and management presentations
• Track operational action items to closure across teams
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between engineering, commercial, and site teams
• Maintain coordination calendars, review trackers, and documentation

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in project coordination or project controls
• Strong MIS, reporting, and data validation skills
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities
• Experience supporting audits and executive reviews

Preferred

• Exposure to highway OM and EPC project environments
• Familiarity with project management tools and dashboards
