Lead Product Manager

Summary:

The primary role is to act as a liaison between Engineering and Product. This requires excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Review draft requirements from Product to ensure they are detailed enough for Engineering to begin elaborating.
• Perform data analysis to confirm that requirements are achievable.
• Create detailed Business Requirements Documents to ensure all requirements are captured during discovery and the delivered epic meets customer needs.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor&rsquos degree in a numerical subject, ideally computer science.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Payment flows (Auth, Clearing, ISO8583, A2A Payments).
• Strong Data Analysis skills.
• Strong SQL abilities to analyze data in databases such as Data Warehouse Core DB.
• Strong understanding of REST API best practices.
• Awareness of company API Gold Standard.
• Experience using API tools, Copilot, etc.
