Lead Product Manager / Principal Product Manager – Marketing, Growth & Data Products

Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon

About the Role We are looking for exceptional Product Managers to drive the strategy, development, and scaling of next-generation digital products that enable marketing transformation, customer growth, and data-driven decision making. You will work with multidisciplinary teams comprising product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists, consultants, and business leaders to solve complex business challenges for leading global enterprises. This role requires strong product thinking, customer obsession, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from product discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, AI/ML, and business stakeholders to build high-impact digital products.
• Drive customer discovery, market research, and experimentation to validate product hypotheses.
• Leverage data, customer insights, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and influence product strategy.
• Build products that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, personalization, and commercial outcomes.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver products at scale.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Mandatory postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent Master's degree) from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, IITs, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or globally recognized top-tier universities).
• Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience after completion of the postgraduate degree.
• Proven experience owning and scaling digital products with measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following domains:

• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy using customer insights, experimentation, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using quantitative data to drive product decisions.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building AI-enabled, machine learning, or data-intensive products.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CRM, MarTech, AdTech, marketing automation, experimentation platforms, or analytics ecosystems.
• Exposure to digital transformation, growth strategy, customer experience, or commercialization initiatives.
• Experience working in management consulting, digital consulting, global technology companies, or leading consumer internet organizations is highly desirable.
• Ability to influence senior business leaders and navigate complex enterprise environments.
