About The Role
As the LPM for CoreHRMS, you will own the strategic charter across CoreHRMS, Time & Attendance, and Compliance pods. This is not just about solving module-level problems but shaping how employee lifecycle, policies, and compliance come together into a unified, enterprise-ready platform. You'll define multi-quarter roadmaps, orchestrate pods, and ensure CoreHRMS is the anchor product for Keka's enterprise growth in India and GCC.

You'll define multi-quarter roadmaps, orchestrate pods, and ensure CoreHRMS is the anchor product for Keka's enterprise growth in India and GCC.
What You'll Do
- Multi-Pod Orchestration: Align CoreHRMS, T&A, and Compliance into a unified enterprise
- Enterprise Lifecycle Ownership: Automate exit, probation, letters, policy mapping, and
- Strategic Bets: Scope, prioritize, justify high-leverage enterprise features.
- Cross-Pod Governance: Set standards for discovery, delivery, and customer outcome
- Customer-Led Roadmaps: Synthesize HR/CHRO insights into cluster-level JTBD and
- Revenue Alignment: Link CoreHRMS roadmap directly to enterprise ARR uplift and NRR
What Makes This Role Unique
- Anchor role for enterprise expansion (India Upmarket + GCC).
- High visibility with CPO, CEO, and GTM leadership.
- Scope to scale into Director of Product leading multiple clusters.
- Ownership of multi-quarter, cross-pod strategy, not just features.
- 7–10 yrs PM experience; at least 3+ yrs in enterprise-grade HR/ERP/Platform products.
- Proven success in multi-pod orchestration and customer-led roadmaps.
- Strong systems thinker with CoreHR/HRMS expertise.
- Confident in executive storytelling and influencing GTM & leadership.
- Bonus: Experience in India Upmarket HR, GCC compliance, or US onboarding.
