Lead Product Engineer - Electronics & Embedded Systems

Role & responsibilities

• Reponsibe for Product Development, Product Quality, Industrialisation and Continuous Improvement
• Design and develop electronic hardware and embedded product solutions.
• Review schematics, PCB layouts, and product architectures.
• Lead product prototyping, testing, verification, and validation activities.
• Define and execute DVT, PVT, and reliability testing.
• Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Develop production test and calibration processes.
• Investigate product failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
• Work with suppliers, PCB manufacturers, and assembly partners.
• Lead continuous improvements in performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Own engineering documentation and release processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or related engineering discipline
• 5-10 years of experience developing electronic products from concept through production. Please do not apply if you have less than 5 years of experience
• Strong experience with electronic design, PCB review, embedded systems, and sensor integration.
• Experience with product validation, reliability engineering, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience using Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, or similar PCB design tools.
• Familiarity with FMEA, CAPA, DFM, DFA, and production test systems.
