Lead Process Automation & AI

Objective

• Lead the identification, design, and implementation of AI-driven and digital process automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and create scalable business processes.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming processes suitable for automation.
  
• Map existing workflows and redesign them using AI and automation technologies.
  
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automated business processes.
  
• Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, APIs, and webhooks.
  
• Integrate HR, CRM, Finance, Marketing, Operations, MIS, websites, and other business systems.
  
• Automate data collection, validation, approvals, notifications, reporting, and workflow follow-ups.
  
• Develop AI-based dashboards, alerts, summaries, and management reporting.
  
• Automate document processing, communication, customer/employee support, and routine administrative activities.
  
• Work with functional HODs to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
  
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automated workflows.
  
• Establish SOPs, process documentation, access controls, and governance for automation solutions.
  
• Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and recommend practical business applications.
  
• Train teams on new AI-enabled processes and ensure adoption.
  
• Measure automation benefits through time saved, cost reduction, productivity, accuracy, and process turnaround time.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related field with 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Process Automation, AI Automation, RPA, Business Process Management, or Digital Transformation.
  

Key Requirement

• Should be a hands-on builder, capable of converting a business requirement into an actual automated workflow using AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, and integrations—not merely an MIS/reporting professional.
