Lead - Pre-Sales (Smart City)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre-sales, solution design, and proposal development for smart city projects.
• Engage government bodies, urban authorities, clients, and technology partners to align solutions with business needs.
• Drive integrated solutions across IoT, AI, smart mobility, surveillance, utilities, and command & control centers.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, bid strategy, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop value propositions and competitive strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial analysis to support bids.
• Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery through effective documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or techno-commercial roles across smart cities, telecom, urban infrastructure, or system integration.
• Strong expertise in smart city technologies, government tenders, large-scale bids, and complex solution sales.
• Proven stakeholder management and presentation skills, with exposure to Smart Cities Mission, e-governance, and urban digital transformation projects.
