Lead - PR, Events & Alliances (Zoya)

Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote the Zoya brand and increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, including product launches, fashion shows, and exclusive parties, to showcase Zoya's exquisite jewellery collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and overseeing event production.
- Identify and establish strategic alliances with key industry partners, luxury brands, and influencers to drive brand collaborations and expand Zoya's reach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for partnerships and alliances.
- Manage and mentor a team of PR and events professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR, events management, and alliances within the luxury or jewellery industry.
- Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the fashion and luxury sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative PR and event strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software.
