Lead - Power Platform

Job Title: Power Platform Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
• Design scalable and secure architectures, ensuring best practices for governance, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutioning.
• Lead and mentor development teams while managing project delivery and client interactions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Support pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and technical proposals

Required Skills:

• 6+ years exp in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Power BI, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure integrations.
• Good understanding of Power Platform governance, security, ALM, and DevOps practices.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
