Job Description

Role: AVP PMS & Transformation Lead

Function: CHRO Office (HR)

Location: Mumbai

Role Purpose

To drive key HR transformation initiatives with a focus on Performance Management System (PMS), employee engagement, and process improvement, and build a strong performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Transformation

• Drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with business goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification
• Ensure effective execution and adoption of transformation programs

2. Performance Management System (PMS)

• Manage and enhance the performance management framework
• Drive a culture of goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance differentiation
• Align PMS with business outcomes and rewards

3. Employee Engagement

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans
• Analyze feedback and implement programs to improve employee experience
• Support leadership in building a positive and high-performance culture

4. Process Improvement

• Review and streamline HR processes for better efficiency
• Drive standardization and adoption of best practices
• Use data and insights to improve HR effectiveness

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with senior leadership and HR teams
• Support change management and ensure smooth rollout of initiatives

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM from a premium institute
• 6-10 years of experience in HR, with focus on PMS, engagement, and transformation
• Experience in large organizations preferred
